Condo living means glass you can’t safely reach from a stool — and we never ask you to. Our technicians work with telescopic water-fed poles, purified-water rinses that dry spot-free, and harness protocols for any work near openings. Exterior panels beyond safe reach are assessed honestly: if it needs building-managed gondola access, we’ll tell you rather than improvise.
Pricing is per panel count and access difficulty — a typical two-bedroom condo runs RM150–RM250 including tracks and grilles. Add it to any deep clean for a bundled rate.
