Three passes, one flawless hand-over

Renovation dust keeps settling for days, which is why a single wipe-down never works. Our standard protocol runs three passes: a rough clean to clear debris and bulk dust, a detail pass for surfaces, joinery and glass, and a final polish shortly before you move in or photograph the space. For developer hand-overs and fit-out contractors we also provide joint inspection support with a signed checklist.

Pricing depends on floor area and the state the contractors left behind — most condo projects fall between RM600 and RM1,500. Site visits for larger projects are free.
