Do I need to provide cleaning equipment or supplies?
No. Every Mailkit crew arrives with professional-grade equipment, colour-coded microfibre cloths and eco-certified detergents. If you prefer us to use your own products, just let the team know at booking.
Are your cleaners trained and insured?
Yes. All crew members complete our in-house training academy before their first assignment, and every job is covered by public liability insurance of up to RM1,000,000.
How is the price calculated?
Pricing is based on property size, number of bathrooms and the service type. The rates on our site are honest starting prices — a coordinator confirms the final quote before any work begins, with no hidden charges.
What areas do you cover?
We serve Kuala Lumpur and the wider Klang Valley, including Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Puchong, Cheras, Ampang and Shah Alam. For locations outside these areas, contact us and we will do our best to arrange a crew.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will send the crew back to re-clean the areas in question free of charge. If something is damaged through our fault, we compensate the loss in full.
Can I book a recurring cleaning plan?
Absolutely. Weekly, fortnightly and monthly plans are available at discounted rates, and you keep the same crew wherever possible so they learn exactly how you like your home kept.
